Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Some stores offer longer windows — check the product page for details.
Once the store receives and inspects your return, your refund is processed. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your chosen method.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you're covered by buyer protection. Contact us and we'll make it right.
