• Custom or personalised items made to order.
• Digital goods and gift cards.

The return process

• Request a return from the order in your account.
• Pack the item securely with all original contents.
• Send it back or arrange a pickup as instructed.
• Receive your refund once the store inspects the return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're protected — contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
