1. Using OrderIT

By accessing or using OrderIT, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. You must be able to form a binding contract to shop with us.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Prices and availability are set by the selling stores and may change. We'll let you know if an item becomes unavailable after you order, and you won't be charged for items we can't fulfil.

4. Payments

We currently support Cash on Delivery. You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including any delivery charges, when your order arrives.

5. Returns & buyer protection

6. Prohibited conduct

• Don't misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
• Don't post unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to defraud buyers or sellers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OrderIT after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
